Michael Tuhus, President
Mike founded our company in 1985 to help property management firms select appropriate software to their needs and then leverage that investment through knowledgeable training and support. We have since then developed a strong reference base of local, regional and national real estate firms by really listening to them and delivering more than we promise. We do what we say.
Mike has a BA from UNH, an MBA from Harvard, and also attended the University of Florida. His deep industry experience includes years of sales and management experience with several other software companies, including nine years with IBM. Thala Davis, Vice-President and Client Success Manager
Thala has more than 30 years of experience in real estate accounting for multifamily, commercial, and development groups. Over the years, she has successfully implemented and trained over 400 clients in 26 states and has worked with five different brands of property management software.
